Unable to delete Purchasing Receipts
September 9, 2015Unable to delete Purchasing, Receipts, Receipts. When attempting to delete the receipt an informational message box will pop up, indicate the Operating is in progress and say “Please wait . . .”
Use caution when working with the below product functionality. Always create a backup of your data before proceeding with advanced solutions. If necessary, seek the assistance of a qualified Sage Business Partner, network administrator, or Sage Customer Support Analyst.
To resolve this issue perform the following:
- Launch Setup, General parameters, Folders (GESADS)
- Click on the miscellaneous tab
- Adjust the Open tables (adxmto) value to 220
- Click save and end the task
Relaunch the task and ensure the value was saved. If it was, try to delete the Purchasing Receipt once again, it should now work.
